Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data ERGON TIME handles, why, and what rights you have. It covers account holders, workspace members, and the business contacts recorded inside a workspace.
Data we collect
Account data (name, email, hashed credentials or federated identity), workspace data you enter (customers, suppliers, invoices, transactions, employees, meetings, messages, files), and technical data needed to run the service (log entries, audit records, IP address and browser metadata at sign-in).
Why we process it
To provide the workspace you asked for, authenticate users, enforce roles and permissions, keep an audit trail, detect abuse, meet legal obligations, and support you. We do not sell personal data and we do not use your workspace content for advertising.
AI features
Where you use AI features (the analyst, forecasting commentary, weekly briefs), aggregated figures and the text of your request are sent to the model provider to generate a response. Model providers do not train on this content. AI output is advisory and always subject to human confirmation before any action.
Sharing
Data is shared only with infrastructure and service providers that make the product work — hosting and database, email delivery, AI inference, and Slack if you connect it. Each acts under contract and only on our instructions.
Security
Every workspace-owned table enforces row-level security tied to organization membership, sensitive operations are recorded in an append-only audit log, monetary values are stored as exact integers, and privileged keys never reach the browser. Details are published on the security model page.
Retention
Workspace data is kept while the workspace is active and for 30 days after termination, then deleted. Audit and security records may be kept longer where required for legal or accounting reasons.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Workspace members should contact their workspace owner first; owners can contact us directly.
